If you enjoy your first session, you can upgrade your Intro Offer with 2 additional sessions for €45.

Structured and progressive

Strength training performed on a spring-based machine. The concept is high-intensity yet low-impact, with a focus on time under tension. Each movement is controlled, improving neuromuscular connection, strength, and stability. Sessions follow a precise sequence designed to maintain continuous flow, ensuring that every minute spent in the training room translates directly into progress.

In other words: the training that delivers the body and the performance, without having to choose between the two.

Arrival

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your first session. This time is used for a brief injury screening and a walkthrough of the machine before the class begins.

What to bring

Grip socks are required for all sessions and are available to purchase at the studio. Bring water and wear comfortable training clothes. Changing facilities are available on site.

Amenities

Fresh towels, Dyson hairdryers, premium toiletries, and filtered water are provided. Private changing rooms are available, with lockers equipped for your convenience.

Free street parking available on our street and surroundings.
