Studio Etiquette

1. Training Floor

Equipment & instruction

Use only the equipment assigned to your session and always follow instructor guidance. After your session, return equipment as instructed by the team.

Class rhythm

Respect the rhythm of the class and avoid unnecessary pauses or behaviour that disrupts the collective flow.


2. Punctuality & Class Access

Start times

Classes and recovery sessions start strictly on time. Late entry to classes is not permitted once a class has begun, for safety, focus, and group consistency. Late entry to recovery sessions may be refused when sessions are scheduled back-to-back or when it would disrupt the experience of others.

Arrival

For your first visit, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early for orientation. For recurring visits, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to guarantee a smooth check-in, adequate preparation time, and timely access to your session.


3. Phones & Electronic Devices

Mobile phones are not permitted during classes. Filming or photographing any part of a session is strictly prohibited. Outside of classes, phone use must be discreet and non-disruptive.


4. Grip Socks (Mandatory)

Non-slip grip socks are required for all sessions. This is essential for safety, hygiene, and performance. You may bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. Without grip socks, participation in class will not be permitted.


5. Attire

HOM is a shoes-off studio. Please wear appropriate athletic attire that allows for controlled, precise movement. Shoes must be stored in designated areas.


6. Health, Injuries & Pregnancy

By accepting our liability waiver, you confirm that you are fit to participate in physical exercise. Any injury, medical condition, or pregnancy must be disclosed in advance to the team. A medical clearance may be required. Without proper disclosure or approval, participation may be refused.


7. Recovery Room | Infrared Sauna & Red Light Therapy

The Recovery Room is a quiet, respectful space. Members must strictly follow all instructions provided by the responsible team member at all times. It is the sole responsibility of the member to ensure they have no medical contraindications to using infrared sauna or red light therapy. If you have any health concerns, uncertainty, or discomfort, inform the team immediately. Failure to follow guidance or misuse of the facilities may result in suspension of access to the Recovery Room and potentially to the Studio.


8. Bar & Food Consumption

Food and beverages may only be consumed if purchased from the HOM bar. The bar handles and prepares products that may contain or come into contact with allergens, including but not limited to nuts, milk, soy, gluten, and other potentially sensitising ingredients. Cross-contamination may occur. It is the full responsibility of the member to inform themselves about ingredients and assess their own dietary needs or allergies before consumption. HOM does not accept liability for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of bar products.


9. Water

Potable drinking water is available throughout the studio. Alkaline water is available at the designated water station only. Members are encouraged to bring a reusable bottle.


10. Towels, Waste & Space Care

Towels provided by HOM are for in-studio use only and must not be taken off the premises under any circumstances. Used towels must be placed only in the designated collection areas. Please do not leave towels, clothing, or personal items in studios, recovery areas, or common spaces. Do not leave waste or rubbish anywhere in the studio.


11. Lockers & Personal Belongings

Lockers are available for use during your visit and are equipped with mobile phone charging. Personal belongings are stored at the member’s own risk. HOM is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.


12. Conduct & Respect

We expect respectful, considerate, and mature behaviour at all times. Verbal, physical, or inappropriate conduct towards other members or staff will not be tolerated. Any issues should be referred to a member of the team for assistance. Failure to follow studio guidelines, staff instructions, or misuse of any facilities may result in suspension or termination of access to specific services or the Studio. Repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of membership, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
